Bollina levelling and cut-to-length lines are designed for small and medium-sized service centres requiring high quality standards in the production of sheets from coil. By incorporating a leveller, these lines eliminate internal stresses in the material, producing perfectly flat sheets with a level of flatness that a conventional straightener cannot achieve. The resulting product is ideal for demanding processes such as laser cutting, punching and precision bending, and for all applications where sheet appearance and dimensional quality are essential.
Each line is custom-designed to suit the material, required performance and the customer’s production needs. Mechanical design, PLC software and the operator interface are developed in-house, allowing every line to be customised to fit the production cycle precisely.
The range is available in two different configurations.
- No-Stop
The ideal solution for continuous production requiring high surface quality and maximum sheet flatness. The strip is not stopped during cutting, preventing processing marks and ensuring consistent results even with the most delicate materials. - Flying Shear
The highest-performance configuration in the range. The flying shear cuts at the same speed as the strip, without interrupting material feed. This solution combines maximum sheet quality, high productivity and a more compact layout than conventional No-Stop lines.
