COMBINED LINES sheets & strips

The combined lines are the union of a crosswise cut-to-length unit and the recoiling section of a slitting line. Usually employed by users who do not have requirements of large productivity but versatility, the combined lines allow to perform, separately or simultaneously, both the crosswise cut in sheets (and/or multi-blanking) and the lengthwise cut and recoiling of the strips.
The combi line can be equipped with simple straighteners or precise levellers; both with "Start-stop" or "No-stop" (roll-Feeder) cutting system; with simple collecting platform of automatic stackers; with braking units by felt or rolls for normal and/or delicate and sensitive surfaces.

The combined lines are made by the following features:
  • Standard working widths of 1000, 1250, 1500 and 1850 mm
  • Thickness range from 0.3 to 3 mm (2 mm with Uts / Yield 650/320 MPa).
  • Weights rolls from 3 up to 25 tons in decoiling and 20 ton in recoiling.
  • Working speed 40/60 m/min and cutting tolerances of +/- 0.2 mm.
CUTTING LINE FOR DISCS

The cutting lines for discs are composed from an automatic discs cutting machine inserted inside a decoiling, straightening and feeding unit for the automatic production of discs starting from coils. The discs cutting machines could be single-row (execution of a disc to every feeding step) or multi-row capable of performing two or more optimized rows of discs on the width of the coil, for a considerable reduction of the scraps.
The feeding and discs cutting lines  can be completed of automatic stacking and palletization systems of the discs or with conveyors and manipulation systems for the direct feeding into  the deep-drawing presses.

  • Standard working widths from 1000 up to 1850 mm
  • Thicknesses range from 0.3 to 3 mm (2 mm with Uts / Yield 650/320 MPa).
  • Coil weights from 3 to 25 ton
  • Straightening units with 4, 5, 6 and 10 rollers.
  • Working speed up to 40 m/min and cutting tolerances of +/- 0.2 mm.
  • Disc diameters range from 200 mm up to 800 mm.
  • Productivity approx. 600 disks/hour.
