Company BOLLINA was founded in 1962 by the current President Mr Elio Bollina which began its activities as a manufacturer of agricultural machinery and then convert, since 1969, into production of machines and lines for sheet metal cutting machines.
It was born as individual company but over the years BOLLINA has constantly evolved investing both in technology and in human resources to become a young and dynamic company able to combine the knowledge and heritage gained over the years by the owner with ability and professionalism of technical and expert personnel which can rely today.
Each request is analyzed by the General Manager and Sales Manager Mr Stefano Bollina and a qualified technical staff in order to propose the best solution to the needs expressed by customers.
The lines are assembled exclusively in our company by the same technicians who take care the installation, commissioning, testing and after-sales service at the customer site.
From the beginning BOLLINA showed a clear export orientation so that our lines are currently marketed for more than 90% in foreign markets around the world, either directly or through agents or retailers.
This mix of tradition and experience, ability and professionalism, dynamism and innovation is the guarantee to give in the future a clear response to the continued and growing demand of quality from the customers.
- Early 60s - Constitution of Elio Bollina individual company manufacturing agricultural machinery.
- 1969 - Construction of the first machine for cutting steel from coils: a slitting head with circular knives for the cut of strips for the cladding and roofing market.
- Years 70's - Progressive conversion of production by agricultural machines to sheet metal cutting machines for coils.
- Years 80's - Constant evolution and growth with expansion of the production site and the product range.
- Years 90's - Evolution of production range from simple machines for the roofing and cladding market into complete slitting and cutting lines for different uses, with strong export orientation.
- Years 2000's - Moving into new and modern plant with production area of about 2000 square meters. Modern and functional facilities and offices along with the strengthening of the organization, allows a further expansion of the product range up to the more complex and performing production lines we produce nowadays.
- Year 2019 BOLLINA celebrated the 50th anniversary of the construction of the first sheet metal cutting machine!! Many thanks to all those who have contributed to achieving this important goal !!
