SLITTING LINES - KNIVE'S PACK ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
Main specifications:
The CTBS type slitting lines are characterized by the use of slitting heads with traditional knives assembly system by circular knives, rubber and spacers in a pack.
The CTBS slitting heads ensure high quality, accuracy and low burr and allow the slit of narrow strips starting from 20 mm (depending on model and diameter of the shafts / knives).
In according with the composition, the CTBS slitting lines can be used for cut and the recoiling of all types of ferrous, non-ferrous and delicate - sensitive materials as well as Grain Oriented Silicon Steel for transformers industry.
- Standard working widths of 1000, 1250, 1500, 1850/2000 mm
- Thicknesses range from 0.2 to 3 mm (2 mm with Uts / Yield 650/320 MPa).
- Coil weights up to 25 tons in decoiling and 20 tons in recoiling.
- Strips braking units with felt, with polyurethane rolls and combined felt-rolls.
- Working speed up to 150 m/min and slitting accuracy +/- 0.01 mm.
- Maximum versatility, reduced overall dimensions.
- Installation with minimized need of foundations.
- Decoiling with double operation modes: loop control for thin materials and electronic braking control for thick materials.
- Single, double or multiple devices for the application of the protective film or paper.
