Main specifications:
The SPB levelling and cut-to-length lines are characterized for the "no-stop" operation system (Roll-Feeder) with independent with continuous feed levelling unit, synchronization loop and roll-feeder with crosswise cut shear. Possibility of integration of the lengthwise cut unit with circular knives (multi-blankng) for maximum versatility of use, optimization of the sizes and reduction of the scraps.
The precision levelling machines are supplied with 4hi configuration (for ferrous and not delicate materials) and 6hi configuration (for delicate materals and sensitive surfaces). Thanks to the several adjustment possibilities of the rolls and back-up rolls, the SPB lines are able to ensure high flatness results even if starting from not first choice materials.

• Thicknesses range from 0.3 to 3 mm (2 mm with Uts / Yield 650/320 MPa).
• Coil weights from 3 to 25 ton.
