Our packing line is different from the traditional packing lines because specifically designed not only for productivity reasons but also to meet the high quality requirements and to avoid any scratch on the delicate and sensitive materials such as pre-painted steel and ferritic stainless steel.

- Outside diameter of coils up to mm 1600
- Range of strip's widths from mm 20 to mm 400
- Max coil weight kg 3000
- Handling coils (pickup, transport and stacking) without the use of rollers, to avoid scratches.
- Possibility of handling slit coils with and without cardboard core.
- Intelligent rotary system for the storage of slit coils on wooden pallets in 4, 5 or 6 stations.
- Extremely compact overall dimensions.
- Installation without the need for foundations.
- Modern, intuitive graphical programming software.
