NO-STOP STRAIGHTENING AND CTL LINES
Main specifications:
The RTB straightening and cut-to-length lines are characterized for the operation with "No-stop" system or "Roll-Feeder" system with independent and continuous feed straightener, synchronization loop and roll-feeder with crosswise cut shear. Possibility of integration of the lengthwise cut unit with circular knives (multi-blankng) for maximum versatility of use, optimization of the sizes and reduction of the scraps.
The straightener is separated from the roll-feeder and allows to not stop the material inside the rolls during the stop for the crosswise cut, to avoid waves or markings on material's surface. For that reason the "No-Stop" system lines are particularly suitable for the treatment of delicate materials and sensitive surfaces (stainless steel, aluminum, prepainted steel, etc.).

  • Standard working widths of 1000, 1250, 1500 and 1850 mm
  • Thicknesses range from 0.3 to 3 mm (2 mm with Uts / Yield 650/320 MPa).
  • Coil weights from 3 to 25 ton
  • Straightening unit with 4, 6 and 10 rollers without backup rolls.
  • Working speed up to 40 m/min and cutting tolerances of +/- 0.2 mm.

  • Maximum versatility, reduced overall dimensions and installation without the need for foundations.
  • Decoiling with double operation modes: loop control for thin materials and electronic braking control for thick materials.
  • Single, double or multiple devices for the application of the protective film or paper.
  • Straightening rolls with independent manual or automatic adjustment of the penetration.
  • Possible integration of the slitting unit (for multi-blanking) with manual positioning of the circular knives; with possibility of knives replacement without removing the shatfs from the machine; with electronic display device for fast and accurate circular knives positioning.
  • New in 2015, cross cutting with mechanical guillotine shears with electronic drive by brushless motor (without flywheel and pneumatic brake-clutch unit).
