Main specifications:
The Mini-Slitter are complete slitting lines (decoiler, slitting head with circular knives, scraps recoilers, braking units and recoiler) realized in a single supporting structure.
Thanks to this particular feature, the Mini-Slitter have exceptional qualities of compactness and rigidity that make them particularly suitable for cutting thin thicknesses, narrow strips and delicate materials.
For installation and use are not required foundations or special alignments, the only requirements are the pit for the compensation of the strip's elongation, the pneumatical and electrical connections.

- The Mini-Slitter are made for the following characteristics:
- Standard working width of 500, 650 and 850 mm
- Thickness range from 0.15 to 2 mm (1.5 mm with Uts / Yield 650/320 MPa).
- Width of slitted strips from 8 mm (depending on the tooling equipment).
- Coil weights up to 4 ton in decoiling and recoiling.
- Braking unit with felts, with polyurethane rolls and combined units felts-rolls.
- Working speed up to 100 m / min and slitting tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm.
